I would like to share this simple no-bake kek recipe. The original recipe was given by my friend, Tan Ai Leng. Thanks for sharing the recipe with me. I had tried a few times and my children love it very much. Here i'm sharing the modified version, by altering the amount of ingredients used and adding some raisins and dried cranberries to it.

606 participants took part in this event and i was definitely so glad to be one of them. I was so excited and thrilled to be able to join this event. Not because of fame or popularity, not because of business purposes, but proud to be a Malaysian, joining the multiracial crowd from different cultures, backgrounds and from all age groups. And of course the main motivation for me to join this event was my passion in sewing! I just love stitching and working with fabrics as my hobby. As I shared before, a hobby is very important to each individual, especially for us to destress, relax and do something that is meaningful in your life :)

It's been a while since i prepared these pictures to share on my blog, but i was too busy with my daily errands recently. Anyway, I've made a video out of it.
'Aloe vera-Apple Juice' is good for health, very beneficial to us and it's cooling too, especially with the recent hot weather in Malaysia.
Have a look and you may want to try it at home. I planted a few pots of aloe vera at home. If you don't have it at home, you may get it from AEON supermarket as i saw it there some time ago.
